Method of Delivery
All orders are sent either by courier (Parcel Force) or Registered Royal Mail first class post. If for any reason we are unable to meet the quoted delivery times we will notify you by email and if you are unable to wait we will offer a full refund.
Please note we will ship to the delivery address given on your order confirmation.
Our courier or Royal Mail will attempt delivery between the hours of 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday to the address provided.
Posting and Packaging Rates
We supply our goods throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Please note that we will charge extra for N.I. due to distance of delivery. We will advise of extra cost by email.
Acceptance of Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery. For missed courier deliveries, you will be left a card informing you of an attempted delivery. You will need to arrange a collection from their depot . Please be aware that they are within their rights to charge for a re-delivery (this varies from area to area). It is our advice to call the courier as soon after the missed delivery as possible as often your package will still be on the couriers van meaning chances are you should get a free re-delivery.
You can collect from the couriers depot the address will be on the card left. Please take card with you for identification.
If goods are returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable and re-delivery will be charged at cost.
1. Due to the demands for our products we occasionally have stock shortages . We will notify by e-mail or telephone if this is the case.
2. If there is a payment problem then no stock will be sent until this matter is rectified.
When your delivery arrives and before you sign for the goods make sure the package is in acceptable condition make sure that it has not been opened or damaged If you feel that the goods have been damaged by the courier do not sign for the goods and reject them.
