Returns Policy

If you are returning goods please call us at +44 (0)1903 858910 to get a returns number. A Returns Number must be issued before you can return or exchange your goods.

When requesting an Returns Number, the following information must be provided:

After receiving the Returns Number, place the goods in its original packaging, record the Returns Number on the address label and packing slip and then post the package prepaid to:

Errors by Customer
Admor Ltd will only accept returns or exchanges due to customer error within 7 days after your delivery. We are not responsible for refunding delivery charges for goods ordered in error.

Errors by Admor Ltd
If for any reason we make an error, such as the wrong item sent out, please inform us immediately by phone or by email. We will send out replacement goods immediately.

Errors by Parcel Force
On the despatch of your goods, you will be informed by email of when to expect them. If you have any problems with your delivery please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resovle it to your satisfacition. We cannot however be held responsible for any loss or disappointment resulting from errors made by Parcel Force.
